I think now it’s better Sephora has been located inside the kohl’s and also I have been to drop off my Amazon return items here inside the kohl’s it’s very convenient. They have cute character designs t shirts I love it! One thing I noticed that the woman restrooms are always no seating cover. Are they trying to save the company’s money? For the sanitary reason, customers are definitely need that. (10-4-23 updated)

Puts Walmart and target to shame. Enjoyed this property and bought exactly what I was looking for. Cologne and a nice dress shirt with a good set of dress socks. Why by a 300 dollar dress shirt that's covered with a 2000 dollar suit? And why buy 35 dollar socks when u can get 3 sets of different colors for a fraction of the price? Kohl's has my vote.

Not staffed well. The store seems dead but check out is always a long wait. Not sure what the deal is. I made an order for pick up and it wasn't ready within an hour. They didn't have the ability to go get the item and hand it to me. It was strange to say the least. Amazon return is nice, but can have long waits. Sephora is an awesome addition as well.

Dear Kohl's Customer Service, I am writing this with a heavy dose of irritation and disappointment. Today, on January 20th, I had an interview scheduled at your establishment at 12:00 PM PST. Despite the pouring rain, I made the arduous journey, traveling a great distance to make it to your location on time, as punctuality is a principle I value highly. Imagine the frustration, then, when upon arrival, I was casually informed that the manager was not available to conduct the interview. To add insult to injury, the initial excuse given was that the manager was off that day. However, to my dismay, it was later revealed that she was very much present and had simply overlooked my scheduled appointment due to being busy training another employee. This is not just a minor oversight but a glaring indication of disorganization and a complete lack of consideration for the time and effort of prospective employees. I sacrificed time, comfort, and other opportunities to attend this interview, under the assumption that Kohl's maintained a standard of professionalism. Clearly, I was mistaken. The negligence shown in managing such a crucial and basic part of the hiring process is alarming and has left a sour taste. It's a reflection of disrespect and a lack of accountability from your management team. I can't help but wonder, is this the norm at Kohl's? Is this the kind of treatment your staff and potential employees are to expect? This experience has not only wasted my time but has also put into question the integrity of Kohl's hiring process. I demand a full explanation for this fiasco, along with a formal apology. If Kohl's values its candidates and their dedication, immediate corrective action should be taken to rectify this situation and ensure it does not happen again. A mere rescheduling will not suffice to amend the level of inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately I had placed an online order. When I went to go pick up the package/item was missing from their “self-pick up” area. They weren’t able to locate the item or replace the item because it was out of stock. Other than their poor choice of believing in the costumer/will only take their packages or item. The area also being left with no supervision or security of paid/purchased items. They were kind and quick to give me a full refund. Still went home completely disappointed and never returning.

The store is in a good location and there is always plenty of parking. Returns were easy and no hassles. The clothing displays are neat and well organized, with overall a good selection. One star off because they don't have my size in stock for many items and the dressing rooms should be cleaned more often. Otherwise, nice store and good shopping experience.
